  • We are not financial advisors or financial planners. The professionals we connect you with are licensed insurance agents / annuity specialists. Insurance products are offered only through licensed agents, and any product discussion, suitability review, or application happens with a licensed agent — not on this site.
  • Checkup results are informational: they reflect only the answers you gave and are designed to indicate whether a conversation may be worth your time. They are not a determination of suitability.
  • Annuities are insurance contracts. Features vary by contract and carrier; limitations such as caps, participation rates, and surrender-charge periods apply. Complete terms come from the issuing carrier's own contract and disclosure documents, provided by a licensed agent.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident. You agree to provide accurate information, use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site or submit another person's information without authority.

3. Scheduling and communications

  • Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time (also honored: QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT). You receive one final message confirming the opt-out.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the Retirement Protection Checkup, and their content belong to Granite Point or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Third-party services and links
